Adrian Alsina is a 28-year-old Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and the owner of Renzo Gracie Weston, where he leads with a strong commitment to excellence, discipline, and the growth of the martial arts community. Born in Cuba, Adrian spent the first seven years of his life there before moving to Mexico for another seven years. At 14, he relocated to Florida, where he continued to pursue his passion for Jiu-Jitsu. He proudly became a United States citizen in 2016.

As a competitor, Adrian earned a third-place finish at the Pan American Championship and achieved a #6 world ranking as a brown belt, standing out among the sport’s elite. Now a black belt, he brings his high-level experience to the mats every day, shaping the next generation of athletes through his leadership and teaching.

Adrian holds an associate’s degree and lives in Florida with his wife, Morgan. Outside of the academy, he enjoys video games, snowboarding, and staying active — always committed to growth, both as a martial artist and as an individual.
